Assistance in ERAP II can be provided for a tenant with payment of rent, rental arrears, utility or home energy costs, utility or home energy cost arrears or other expenses related to housing that has been accrued on or after March 13, 2020. There is no maximum benefit amount for qualified assistance payments. Rental, utility and other expenses related to housing, separately or when combined, can be made only for up to 18 months to ensure housing stability for the household, subject to the availability of funds.
ERAP II is administered by the Shenango Valley Urban League in conjunction with Community Action Partnership of Mercer County. The program may extend until September 30, 2025, subject to availability of funds. The ERAP Office is located at 700 Martin Luther King Blvd, Farrell.
