This court represents a collaboration between the Court of Common Pleas, the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, the County Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Mercer County Veterans Treatment Court Mission Statement:

To assist and support veterans through a coordinated effort among the court, VA and community-based services and to promote public safety through accountability and responsibility.
