Mercer County Domestic Relations Section is a branch of the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas. This office serves Mercer County families by establishing and enforcing child and spousal support orders. Mercer County residents can file an application for child and/or spousal support or file for a modification of an existing order in person or online. ** There is no cost for filing in this office**
