NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES FIFTEEN (15) DAYS PRIOR TO EVERY PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION. APPLICATION MUST BE IN COURTHOUSE AT THAT DEADLINE. POSTMARKS DO NOT COUNT.
