Mercer County (the “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services related to housing rehabilitation programs over a five (5) year period. Services may include, but are not limited to, program planning, environmental review, community development activities, grant administration, construction management, and project delivery associated with housing rehabilitation initiatives.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to support housing rehabilitation activities funded through a variety of sources.

The County of Mercer is requesting sealed written bids for the following projects:

1. 4H Grounds Maintenance Building Restroom upgrades.
2. Renovations to the restrooms at the 4H Grounds Show Arena building.

Bids will be opened at the public Commissioner’s meeting at 3:00 p.m., on April 30, 2026, in the Mercer County Courthouse, 125 S. Diamond Street, Mercer, PA 16137. It is anticipated that the bid will be awarded at the public Commissioner’s meeting scheduled for 3:00 p.m., on May 21, 2026, in the Mercer County Courthouse.
