The County of Mercer is requesting sealed written bids for the removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring at the Children and Youth Services Building.

A pre-bid meeting will take place at Children and Youth Services (CYS), 8425 Sharon-Mercer Road, Mercer, PA 16137, on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at which time prospective bidders may inspect the premises and questions will be answered regarding the scope of work and bidding requirements.

Mercer County (the “County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services related to housing rehabilitation programs over a five (5) year period. Services may include, but are not limited to, program planning, environmental review, community development activities, grant administration, construction management, and project delivery associated with housing rehabilitation initiatives.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to support housing rehabilitation activities funded through a variety of sources.
