PLEASE NOTE: No person or entity will be permitted to bid on any of the properties unless they register with the Tax Claim Bureau by providing a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee, by cash or check, and provide a completed application on the County provided forms no later than March 28, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Act of June 30, 2021, P.L. No. 33 - No Exceptions.


The day of the sale, you must also deposit with the Tax Claim Bureau, the amount of $1,000.00 either in cash or certified check. Said funds to be applied to the Bureau’s costs and bid associated with any property for which the bidder offered the highest bid at the auction, or if none, then said funds will be returned to the bidder.
