- Act 91 Compliance Affidavit
- Service Directions to the Sheriff with self-addressed stamped envelope for Sheriff’s Return
- Within 30 days after the sale, Deed Instructions with Grantee information, 2 completed Realty Transfer Tax Statement of Value forms, any additional monies owed and a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of original recorded deed
