Important Information for the 2022 Primary Election
On April 25, 2022, Mercer County began started mailing absentee and mail-in ballots to voters affiliated with either the Democratic or Republican Party who requested a ballot for the 2022 Primary Election. The County is again using BallotTrax to allow voters to track the status of their absentee or mail-in ballot. Voters can go to https://mercerpaelections.com and sign up to receive alerts regarding the status of their absentee or mail-in ballot.
Voters may drop off their voted absentee or mail-in ballot between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Voters are only allowed to drop off their own ballot. If you have a disability that prevents you from delivering your mail ballot, then you may designate an agent to drop off your ballot for you. The Designated Agent form must be completed prior to attempting to drop off the ballot. The designated agent form can be found at www.vote.pa.gov and selecting "Mail-in and Absentee Ballots."
Between now and May 10th, registered voters in Mercer County can cast an in-person mail-in ballot for the 2022 Primary Elections at the County’s election office, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
