REMINDER: Courthouse closing at Noon on December 24, 2024

The Mercer County Courthouse will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2024.  E-Recording will not be available after 11 am and walk-in recording will not be available after 11:30 am.  We will reopen for business on Thursday, December 26, 2024 with normal recording hours.




COMMON LEVEL RATIO IN MERCER COUNTY IS 8.20 EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024 THRU JUNE 30, 2025.



Effective March 1, 2024

RTT rate for all taxable documents in the Borough of Greenville will increase to 3% (2% local, 1% state) per Borough Ordinance #2023-1639 enacted on November 27, 2023.

Here’s how to register for PropertyCheck:

1. Sign up at the following address:

/Sentry/Home.aspx


2. Select how to receive notifications—via text or email.

3. Type in the property owner’s name for whom you wish to monitor—as the name appears on the official document.

PropertyCheck will now automatically alert you of any recordings regarding the property you specified.
