Electronic Recording

The Mercer County Recorder’s Office accepts documents through electronic filing or electronic recording. Documents that would normally be sent by mail, courier service or walked into our office can be sent via the internet and confirmation of recording can be done in minutes. We have partnered with three e-recording vendors listed below to make this process smooth and efficient.
