• Advance payment check for $2,500.00 payable to the Sheriff of Mercer County
• Original Notice of Sheriff’s Sale of Real Property and a copy for each defendant
• 3 legible copies of the Legal Description of  the property for the deed and printers
• Affidavit pursuant to Rule 3129.1
• Act 91 Compliance Affidavit
• Service Directions to the Sheriff with self-addressed stamped envelope for Sheriff’s Return
• Within 30 days after the sale, Deed Instructions with Grantee information, 2 completed Realty Transfer Tax Statement of Value forms, any additional monies owed and a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of original recorded deed
